Once a Tenant has been approved and a Residential Tenancy Lease Agreement has been signed, the Tenant will be required to pay a bond (as negotiated) together with the first month’s rent. We will then arrange to transfer the Bond money for lodgement into the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority to be held in trust until such time as the Tenant vacates.
A Tenant’s rent is payable on a monthly basis “in advance” unless otherwise negotiated. Once a Tenant pays their rent, Jacotine Property Group Pty Ltd will run the Landlord Statement on a weekly basis to ensure that funds are transferred into the Landlord’s nominated Bank Account expeditiously.
